Are all the product on your site in stock?
No, I’m afraid not. Training equipment is held in stock and is usually despatched within 24 hours of ordering. Clothing is held in stock by the manufacturer (“brand”). Availability of goods can vary, as to the delivery times to us. Please see pour Delivery Information page for more information.
What discount do I get?
All prices on the website are discounted from the manufacturers RRP or SSP. We calculate and check our prices on a regular basis to bring you the best deals possible.
Why did my reward points not show?
Reward points are given once an order has been paid for and completed. On your next visit you will be able to spend the reward points you have gained, though we recommend you save them as the more points you have, the bigger the reward.
The product I received doesn’t look the same as the picture on the website?
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all product images on our website are as accurate as possible, due to the inconsistency of monitors and screens, colour tones and shades may not be exact to the product.
How do I work out what size I need?
All sizes shown are in inches. Please refer to our sizing guideline as to how you should measure yourself to find the correctly sized product. If you are ordering in bulk for a club, we recommend that initially you only order “sizing samples”, use these to obtain the correct fit, then if customisation is required return the sizing samples with your full order.
How long will items be on sale for?
Generally speaking new products are launched at the beginning of the calendar year, though this changes from brand to brand. If you have any concerns or questions over the longevity of a particular item, please contact us for more details.
What should I do if there is a fault with a product?
In the first instance please contact us by email sales@premiersportsonline.co.uk giving full details of the product, the fault and the original order information if you possess it. We will then contact you to discuss the problem. If the item is still under guarantee then it will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
I don’t understand some of the descriptions?
Not a problem. Sometimes our manufacturers will use certain types of materials when making clothing. Hopefully the explanations below will help!
Shirts & shorts:
Sheen – Smooth feel fabric
Eyelet – Honeycombed fabric with breathable sweat evaporation qualities
Dri-Fit – Sweat is removed away from the skin
Nike Sphere – Same as Dri-Fit but has 3-Dimensional structure to helps the garment to stay away from the skin
Rain jackets
Smooth Nylon – smooth fabric with semi breathable membrane
Nylon Ripstop fabric – designed to decrease tearing of fabric with semi breathable membrane
Dobby Ripstop – similar to normal ripstop but with a tighter heavier gauge weave and breathable membrane
Woven Polyester – Smooth finish with breathable membrane
Tracksuits
Polyester – shiny material, generally manufactured without lining
Woven Polyester Microfibre - Matt finished material, generally with a full inner lining
Taslon Microfibre – Matt finish with slight water repellent properties
